These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tech Baksho LLC website and the services we provide, including website and software development, mobile apps, AI solutions, cloud hosting, digital marketing, branding, video production and UI/UX design. By using our website or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal, quotation or order (“Order”). If an Order conflicts with these Terms, the Order applies for that project.

2. Quotes and payment

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance due as set out in the Order.
  • Hosting and other recurring services are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Late payment may lead to work being paused or services being suspended after notice.
  • Prices exclude taxes and third-party costs (such as domains, licences, plugins or ad spend) unless stated.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, access and feedback on time. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs. You confirm that you have the rights to all materials you give us and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

4. Changes and revisions

Each Order includes the revisions stated in it. Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may be quoted separately.

5. Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, know-how and templates, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables. Third-party software, fonts, images and plugins remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio.

6. Hosting and acceptable use

If you use our cloud hosting or email services, you must not use them for illegal content, spam, malware, phishing, copyright infringement or anything that harms our network or other customers. We may suspend services that break these rules. You are responsible for keeping your account passwords secure. We take regular backups but recommend you keep your own copies of important data.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep each other’s confidential information private and use it only for the project. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement can be signed on request — see our NDA Agreement page.

8. Warranties and liability

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in an Order, services are provided “as is” and we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, ad performance or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Cancellation and termination

Either party may end a project in writing if the other seriously breaches these Terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days. If you cancel a project, you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date. Recurring services can be cancelled before the next renewal date through your client area or by contacting us.

10. Third-party services

Our work may rely on third-party platforms such as payment gateways, social networks, ad platforms and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their changes, outages or policies.

11. Website use

Content on this website is for general information. You may not copy, scrape or reuse it without our permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing law to be confirmed], and any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
